Homesnap has launched a machine learning-powered digital marketing product for real estate agents that delivers tailored ads and pre-qualified leads.
The new Homesnap Pro+ Concierge offers agents access to Homesnap’s in-house team of marketing, design, and engineering experts, who plan, develop and execute marketing lead-gen campaigns. The tool uses machine learning algorithms to target prospective home buyers and sellers. After fully vetting and qualifying leads, Concierge then provides agents with key details, including location, price range, timeframe, and mortgage status.
