Vintage Westmoreland Uranium Vaseline Depression Glass Sugar Creamer Set Tray
The Westmoreland Glass Company manufactured this three-piece sugar, creamer, and tray set during the 1920's. It's shown in their 1926 catalog of pieces in their #700 line and shown in Lorraine Kovar's Westmoreland Glass Volume 3 1888-1940 . This exact set is shown on page 66 "Cream & Sugar Sets" -- the #700-8 Cream, #700-20 Sugar, and #1820-55 Tray. The rims of the footed sugar and creamer "have a pattern that looks like the top of a castle tower." They have optic panels and triangular handles. Each measures about 4" tall with a mouth diameter of about 3-1/4". The tray has round indentations to hold the feet of the creamer and sugar. It measures 8" long and has a keyhole handle and a 1" skirt.
Excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
