RARE B.F. Goodrich Tire Ashtray/Match Holder/Shot Glass Green Uranium Glass inse

Maybe you can help us figure this one out. We were raised near Akron and Pops worked at General Tire. We have seen hundreds if not thousands of the tire ashtrays from every company. Never seen this one. Has the same type of small tire - this one is the Zero Pressure B.F.G 5 x 1.75. Instead of a glass bottom it has 8 symmetric rubber nodules in which a Green Uranium Glass (Shot Glass) sits perfectly. Glass is a little over 2" tall and about 2" diameter.
