    Palmer Cox Brownie elf cloth doll.  Looks to be handmade but done very well. Palmer Cox book Christmas Pudding and Other Brownie Stories has handwritten inscription dated for Christmas 1906.  The cover illustration is very sweet and the publication date is 1900.
