I ordered these for a riding school program I intended to start a few years ago but never did. I believe they came from china or someplace overseas without manufacturer packaging. They fit like Large similar to the 7 3/4" helmets I've tried on. I planned to used helmet liner padding to adjust them to various head sizes but never ended up using any of them. They are light weight and lined with visors. There is no maker name, safety information or vents. They appear generic and universal for different uses. My loss is your gain in this very low start bid/no reserve auction!
