Absolutely beautiful Lenci cloth body doll. Her face is beautiful, I love her side glancing eyes, and her eyelashes are amazing. Blond hair braided to the sides under a scarf in back, gold necklace, white top with lace collar, black bodice, red taffeta skirt with green apron that folds down or up. She has her original bloomers, socks, and her shoes are tacked on. On her dress, down by the hem there is a tag that says Cogne which is a town in Italy. Believe she dates from the 1930's. Her one hand looks like she was originally holding something? She reminds me of babushka. She does have a minor flow on her left cheek, just a dark spot? Underneath her apron there is a sticky spot. Please See photos as they are part of the description. Such a beautiful little doll. She measures: 10".
