Found in military auction, appear to be in new or like new condition . dimensions are 4.5"X4.5" x2.5" . 9 stailess steel plates that measure 4"x4" after research i have found similar hho generators retail for over 150$. if compared to similar smaller models i believe this hho generator puts out between 25-35 lpm @ 25-30Amps. very heavy duty and solid . sold as-is enjoy, Thanks
