    Old antique circa about 1900 Dugan Glass Company Vaseline Opalescent Glass Inverted Fan and Feather Pattern 4 footed card tray whimsey bowl.  It has no damage and lights up brilliant green under a black light.  It is 3" high and 7" across the longest top area.  Great old piece of Vaseline glass!!
