Antique (?) 13” Lenci (?) Cloth Doll

Adorable antique felt/cloth Lenci doll.
She is about 13” tall. Unfortunately, her felt layer is almost gone from her face. Her body doesn’t have any signs of having a layer of felt previously so we are not sure if its gone or she was created like that originally. Some of her facial painted features are faded or partially gone as well - part of the eyebrows, lashes, etc. See photos.
Her hair is partially missing ; sheds.
She is wearing a cute batiste dress, underwear, socks and shoes. Not sure if her clothes are original . Her red bow is new.
